    Mix & Blend Well
    Almond Meal Flour 1/4cup, 0.25 cup
    Spelt Flour 1/4 cup, 0.25 cup
    Amaranth Flour, 0.25 cup
    Flour, white, .75 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp
    Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    Oat Bran, 1/8 cup

    Egg Mixture
    Blend in this order
    Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites, 2 serving
    Brown Sugar, .125 cup(1/8) packed
    Truvia Baking Blend 8 tsp just between 1/8 of a cup and 1/4 of a cup
    Soybean Oil, .20 cup
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    Zucchini, 1 cup, finely grated
    Banana, fresh, .75 cup, mashed

serving size is Loaf cut in half length wise then slice 10 pieces from each half

Blend in this order

Slowly add flour mixture into egg mixture spray bread pan with pam bake at 325* for about 40-45 minutes

Serving Size: 20 quarter inch thick slices
serving size is Loaf cut in half length wise then slice 10 pieces from each half
