Ingredients

2 lb. steak
1 t. salt
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 carrots, pared and chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheese, optional
Directions
Place the steak, then veggies, then sauces in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese if desired.
