2 Cans cream of mushroom or cheddar soup
Two cans tuna packed in water
One package wide noodles cooked and drained
Half a package of frozen peas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup water or chicken stock - water has less sodium
3 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons cumin
Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
We like this Tex-Mex version but other seasonings can work to try Parsley sage rosemary and thyme for example, the Scarborough fair four. If you're not worried about the calories, you can crumble saltine crackers mixed with melted butter and sprinkle over the top for crunchy crust.
