Four boneless pork chops
One medium onion chopped
Two 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
Two cloves garlic minced

Directions
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, browned the pork chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to porkchops, cover and simmer over medium low heat for one hour, or until very tender.
