High Fiber Waffle

Introduction

I took the recipe off the back of Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Pancake and Waffle Whoel Grain Mix and made it lower fat. I took the recipe off the back of Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Pancake and Waffle Whoel Grain Mix and made it lower fat.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Bob's Red Mill high fiber pancake and waffle mix
    3 egg whites
    2 TBS unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup 1% milk

Directions

Mix ingredients just until blended.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
Pour enough batter to cover lower cooking service. Close lid.
Wait a few minutes before checking to see if waffle is ready, unless otherwise indicated by your waffle iron.
