Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 6 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 100 grams
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    6 tbsp of flour

Directions

chop the onion and saute in frying pan with butter until clear. then add to blender with the spinach as well as some of the liquid I would suggest that you put the spinach through the blender with a little bit of liquid before you add it to the stove it keeps the colour and the taste . as blending add the flour.
