2 Lg. Eggs
2 1/2 Cups Whole Grain Flour (I Use Spelt)
1/2 Cup Milk (I use Soy Milk)
1 Tbsp Margarine
You may also Dehydrate these. and Freeze unused portions for future use.
add pinch of salt
add 2 1/2 cups of spelt flour,(may substitute any kind of flour, I prefer Whole Grain) one at a time
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup of Soy Milk
let mix for 5 minutes,
turn off mixer, make ball out of dough and put back in bowl and cover let rest 10 minutes,
roll out to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on floured board, cut to desired width, place cut noodles on baking cooling rack, let dry, cook in salted boiling water 3 minutes or till el dente.
Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
