Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, extra lean
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can (6oz) tomato paste
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 pkg chili seasoning
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tbs olive oil

Directions

Cook ground beef and onions in 1 tsb olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until ready to eat.
