Kale Chips

Ingredients

    1/2 bunch Kale
    1-2 T. oil (olive oil, canola or grapeseed oil, etc.)
    Sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Remove kale from stalks but keep in large pieces. Put oil in a small bowl and use your fingers to rub a thin layer of oil onto the kale and place on baking sheet. You can use any type of spice or salt for flavor. I used some sea salt and lightly sprinkled it over each side. Bake for 5 minutes or until it starts to get a little brown. Keep an eye on it since it can burn easily. Turn over and bake the same way on the other side. Serve.
