1/2 stick butter
1 butternut squash, diced into 1/2" pieces
2 medium onions
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
3/4 c chicken broth
2 c breadcrumbs (fresh)
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Make topping - mix breadcrumbs, cheese & herbs. Put on top of squash mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 min.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (13x9 pan)
