Blueberry Lemon Bread

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup white flour
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    dash salt

    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup oil
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp realemon juice

    1 cup blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl and form well. Beat wet ingredients together in separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients. Gently mix together and do not beat. Will be slightly lumpy similar to muffin batter. Slowly turn in 1 cup of blueberries. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
