Issa's Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cup Dry Rolled Oats (Quaker Old Fashioned)
    1/2 Cup fat free evaporated milk
    2 medium Granny Smith Apples cored and chopped
    1 Tsp. Cinnamon
    1 Tsp. Brown Sugar (more to taste)
    6 Cups Water

Tips

I added brown sugar at the end, before serving this time, but will cook it in next time. Less water may yield a thicker consistency.


Directions

Spray crock pot with non-stick spray and add all ingredients. Add 6 cups of water and set on low for 8 to 9 hours. Oatmeal is very soupy, not a firm oatmeal.
