1 lrg green bell pepper chopped
1/2 large red onion chopped
1.25 pounds extra lean ground turkey
1 bag birds eye cut broccoli
5 oz red roasted peppers julienne strips
1 can garlic and herb pasta sauce
2 tsp garlic and herb salt free
I like to add mozzarella to the top.
In pan add ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, cut broccoli and seasoning until meat is browned. add red roasted peppers and sauce. simmer until squash is done.
take skin off squash mix all together and serve.
