Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -4 pork tenderloins, as much fat as possible removed
    -1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
    -2 tbsp olive oil
    -salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions

Remove fat from tenderloins. Lightly season with salt and pepper on each side. With the flour on a plate lightly coat the chops, shaking off any excess flour. Over medium high heat warm the olive oil and sear the chops, about 5 minutes on one side, 3 minutes on the other depending on the thickness of the meat. Make sure there's no pink left. Done and dusted!
