Ingredients

    1 Medium Apple (My favorite is McIntosh)
    2 tsp. Splenda (or other 0 calorie sweetener)
    1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions

Cut apple into small bite sized cubes. Place on microwave safe plate. Sprinkle evenly with Splenda and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave about 45 seconds. Let fruit sit a minute... it will be hot!
