1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together. Add corn syrup, 3 beaten eggs, and vanilla. Combine until mixed. Place pecans over pie crust, pour mixture over pecans. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 35 minutes.
