Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients

    1/2 C peanut butter, any style
    1/4 C pretzels, crushed
    1/2 C Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix peanut butter and crushed pretzels. Put in freezer for 15 minutes. Take out of freezer and roll into 20 small balls. Put back in freezer for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and put in refrigerator to harden.

Serving Size: makes 20 truffles
