1 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 ½ cups chopped fresh cauliflower
½ cup shredded carrots
Ariel seeds of one pomegranate
1 large Cortland or Fireside apple (or your favorite eating apple)
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup Boathouse Farms Raspberry Merlot Olive Oil vinaigrette
I really like to let the salad sit for 30 minutes so the veggies really sock up the vinaigrette! Enjoy!
