6 ounces raw chicken breast cutlets cut into pieces about 3/4 inches
2 3/4 inch slices of fresh pineapple cut into 3/4 inch chunks
1 tablespoon pineapple jam
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Extra Virgin Olive Oil Buttery Flavor Spread
Salt to taste
Onion powder to taste, not too heavy
I have to tell you it was very yummy. I ate it all but it could easily make two generous servings. I had steamed peas and steamed corn with it.
