Countrygurl97s Pumpkin Crunch muffins

These are made with a diabetic in mind These are made with a diabetic in mind
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    2 cups of granulated no calorie sweetener (splenda)
    1 24oz can of pumpkin 100% pure
    1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
    2 12oz cans of fat free evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 box of Pillsbury sugar-free classic yellow cake mix

Directions

mix milk, splenda, pure pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, in a bowl and divide between muffins. Divide cake mix between muffins and also the melted butter. Put in 400 degree oven and bake until golden brown.
