    8.5 Oz Tempeh
    3 Medium Scallions
    2 Stalks of celery
    2 tsp Dijon
    2 tbsp Veganaise
    2 tsp Dill weed
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper


1. Steam tempeh 20 minutes. Let cool. Grate tempeh in a bowl.
2. Add Celery, scallions, Veganaise, mustard, dill, salt and pepper and mix welll.
3. Place in container, cover and chill in refrigerator befroe serving. Enjoy!
4.Will keep up to 3 days.
