Introduction

My favorite winter fruit salad that my grandma used to make. I added the mangoes to her recipe. My favorite winter fruit salad that my grandma used to make. I added the mangoes to her recipe.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
    4 small apples, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 large mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 medium bananas, sliced (right before serving)
    .75 cup orange juice

Tips

Do not add the bananas until you are ready to serve the salad. They get brown easily and need to be sliced right before served.


Directions

No cooking necessary. Cut up all fruit into chunks. Mix orange juice in until moist. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 - 1/2 cup servings
