Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    Ingredients
    8.5 oz cooked beef London broil, cut into bite-size pieces
    1.5 C onion, cooked, chopped
    1.5 C carrots, cooked, diced
    2 stalks (1 C) celery, chopped
    garlic powder (2 t.)
    1 T olive oil
    1 T Worcestershire sauce
    1 T soy sauce
    1 box (32 oz) organic beef broth
    1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen diced tomatoes w/ basil & garlic, undrained
    1 can (15 oz) organic Canneli beans, drained
    salt & pepper to taste (possibly add pinch of cayenne pepper?)

Directions

Directions
1. Saute celery with 1 T olive oil in slow cooker
2. Add the rest of the ingredients
3. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours.


Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings.
