Introduction

A Vegatable pie that would be good as a side dish or main dish. A Vegatable pie that would be good as a side dish or main dish.

Ingredients

    19 inch baked pie crust
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onions
    7-9 basil leaves chopped
    1 cup mayonannaise
    1 cup shredded mozzerella
    1/2 cup parmesion cheese

Tips

If you have leftovers, the bottom crust will get soggy. I just reheated it in the oven and it was okay.


Directions

bake pie crust.
chop tomatoes, onions and basil
layer tomatoes, onions and basil and repeat layers.
mix 1 cup mayo and 1 cup mozzerella spread on top of veges
sprinkle with parmesion cheese
bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mins
let stand 15 mins before cutting
