Granulated Sugar, 150 grams(remove)
Egg, fresh, 3 medium(remove)
Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 3 cup(remove)
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp(remove)
Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
Coat 4 ramekins with the syrup
Place milk in pan or microwave dish and bring to boil
beat eggs and add 2 tbs sugar, pour a little of boiling milk into eggs, then pour egg mixture into milk.
pour into ramekins and place in shallow baking dish with boiling water in dish (Baine Marie) bake aprox 20 minutes in mod oven. Remove and allow to cool.
Refrigerate overnight then to serve turn each upside down into a bowl.
Serving Size: Four Servings, prepare this the night before.
