1 cup frozen Blueberries
1/3 cup dried cranberries (crasins)
1/2 cup blackberries (or raspberries, if preferred)
1 C Greek non-fat or low-fat Yogurt
1 C ice cubes
May add Splenda or Stevia if you like more "sweetness."
Good in the afternoon for a quick pick-me-up and helps get your fruit in for the day.
Serving Size: Makes 3 1-cup servings
