Posole with pork

Ingredients

    8 oz pork sirloin roast
    3/4 C chopped onion
    2 tbsp ground chili powder, hot
    2 tsp ground cumin
    5 3/4 C chicken broth
    2 (15oz) can hominy (white and gold)

Directions

Roast pork in 350oven for 1-2 hours until well done. Add 2 Tbsp oil to cooking pot and heat, add chopped onion and saute until golden. Chop pork into cubes and add. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Add chicken broth and cook until meat is tender. Serve with lime slices.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
