*Extra Lean Ground Pork, 32 oz (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
*Carrot, raw 7" x 1-1/4 (78g), 1 serving (remove)
*whole onion, raw (1 onion), .5 serving (remove)
Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup (remove)
*pork gravy mix, 3 cup (remove)
Can probably leave milk out. With milk raw meat balls doesn't form the best, but they hold together ok when cooked.
Serving Size: Makes approx 24 meatballs
