Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix-serving size 1/2 cup raw, 4 cup
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    3 cups water
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste

Directions

Combine the soup mix, V8 and Broth and water (add to desired thickness) and simmer for 30 minutes. Add veggies and simmer an additional 30 or until veggies are soft.
