Ingredients

    14 roma tomatoes (weight 32 ounces = 2 pounds)
    1 large red/purple onion
    12 cloves of garlic
    2 green peppers
    1 T parsley, fresh or dried or combination
    1 T. basil
    1 package soy veggie burger crumbles from Greenwise Note: my pkg says 240 g. sodium and 2 g. fiber and 80 calories. (10 more calories and 40 more mg. sodium) than was computed from the ingredient list.

Directions

Whirl all ingredients except burger crumbles in the blender. Move the mix to your crock pot and add theGreenwise soy veggie burger crumbles. Cook 4 - 8 hours (or longer to bring out the flavors).
