  • This was pretty good. I couldn't get endive at the grocery so I substituted with the arugula. Forgot to buy scallions and carrots so omitted those. I toasted the walnuts. I used Marzetti poppy seed dressing. If I make this again I would like to make the dressing. Makes a beautiful dish! - 5/29/09

  • This was excellent. I brought this to a party and people came back for seconds and thirds. Easy to make. Used Brianna's Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing. Kept the nuts separate for those who wanted to sprinkle on the top. - 3/16/08
