12 oz Swai Fish fillets 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. Coconut milk 1/2 c. Coconut flour 1 oz. shredded unsweetened coconut
Mix coconut flour and shredded coconut in bowl. Mix egg and coconut milk in separate bowl. Dip each fish fillet in milk and egg and then in coconut flour mixture, pressing into each fillet. Spray baking pan and bake fillets for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, check to make rue fish is flaky.
