16 oz bag shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
2 T Ken's Light Italian salad dressing
1 lb x lean Italian ground chicken sausage
1 c instant brown rice (uncooked)
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
Cook cabbage & onion in dressing - use lg skillet on med heat 5-10 min.
Cook ground chicken sausage in skillet. When browned add rice, soup and water and stir until mixed well.
Layer 1/2 of the cabbage/onion in 13x9 baking dish. Cover with meat/rice mixture, and the top with remaining cabbage. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Serving Size: makes 8 servings, 1.5 cups ea
