Ingredients

    .thin cut steak
    . 1/2cup chopped onion
    .1/2cup chopped parsley
    .1/2 cup crush garlic
    .1/2 of a lemon
    .2tbs oil
    .tsp of black pepper
    .tsp adobo
    .tsp sazon
    .1/2 cup celery
    .1/2 cup carrot
    .1/2 cup mashroom
    .1/2 cup broccoli
    .1/2 cup potato
    .1 1/2 cup of beefbroth

Tips

pre heat the oven to 350 befor puting it in.this dish is good with white rice

Directions

.first chopped up the onion and parsley and garlic and put it in a bowl.2 squeeze lemon on top of onion,parsley and garlic then put two tbsp of oil it ok if it more then two,.3 add the black pepper,adobo and sazon two the first and 2 step.now u take one steak u put alittle of the ingredients u mix then u roll it up and take a string and wrap it around or u could put tooth pick wat ever u like and then u keep rolling up all the steak ave with the ingredients.(4) you put it in a pan and slice up mushroom,potato,celery,carrot,broccoli.then for the last step u add 1 1/2 cup of beef broth and then u cover it with aluminum foil.put in the oven for 1 hour and 1/2 then take out
