Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 3 serving (remove)
    *onion chopped, 1 medium
    *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 3 gram(s) (remove)
    *Flour, white, 3 T
    *Salt (table), 1 tsp (remove)
    *basil, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Black Pepper, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Campbell's Fat-free Low-sodium chicken broth, 3 cup (remove)
    *Aunt Mid's Yukon Gold Potatoes serving Size 2 Large potatoes (remove)
    *Cream or Half & Half- fat free (1 cup) (remove)
    *Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

IN a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp (or microwave) set aside. Microwave potatoes until tender. Once cooled, cut into small cubes and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in the bacon drippings until tender. Stir in flour, salt, basil and pepper and mix well. Gradually add broth and bring to boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, cream and heat through but do not boil. Garnish with bacon, cheese and parsley.

Serving Size: makes 6-1 cup servings
