Garlicky Shrimp Scampi

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz raw shrimp
    1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    splash of white wine (1/2 oz tops)
    crushed red pepper
    fresh ground pepper

Directions

In a medium skillet, heat oil and butter slightly. Add garlic and splash of white wine. Add shrimp and cook until translucent. Season with crushed red pepper and ground black pepper. Mix with whole wheat pasta and garnish with some part skim mozzarella or parmesan cheese! Toss in a veggie of your choice...I use peas!
