Rotini, Vegetable (24 oz)
Cilantro, chopped (1 cup)
Red Onion, chopped (1 medium onion)
Garlic, crushed (2 cloves)
Summer Squash, chopped (1 cup)
Asparagus, chopped (~ 11 large spears)
Thyme, fresh chopped (2 tsp)
Vodka Sauce (1 large jar)
Heat vodka sauce on stove or in microwave while the pasta is cooking.
Wash and chop veggies, then mix and sautÃ©e in olive oil on medium heat for approximately 5-10 minutes (to personal preference). Set aside when done.
When the pasta is finished, immediately drain and rinse with cold water to prevent over cooking. Mix pasta, sauce, and vegetables together.
