Introduction

(tap water can also be water from tuna - 1 tsp) (lemon juice was also 1 tsp) (10 saltines can also be 1/4 c of bread crumbs) DRAIN TUNA ... mix all in bowl, shape into 4 balls, fry in a heated pan sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides. YUMMY !! Ingredients

    2 cans tuna - drained
    lemom juice - 1 tsp
    large egg - 1
    chopped parsley (or dried) - 1 tbsp
    minced onion - 2 tbsp
    saltine crackers (or 1/4 C bread crumbs) - 10
    yellow mustard - 1-2 tsp
    tuna water 1-2 tsp
    minced garlic - 1 tsp

Tips

replacing white wine for the water is also tasty or try mixing in a splash of hot sauce in your mix before cooking...


Directions

divide mix into 4 sections, shape into balls, fry in a heated skillet sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides.
