Green Blueberry Smoothie

Introduction

I try making a smoothie everyday with spinach. You can't taste it! And it is very good for your skin, hair, and nails. It also gives you a nice boost of energy. You can change it with other fruits. Ingredients

    .5 cup Fresh Blueberries
    1 Fresh Medium Banana
    1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
    .5 cup Orange Juice 100%
    Handful of ice (optional)

Tips

I will usually do the spinach and OJ first. Sometimes the spinach doesn't blend well with all the others.


Directions

Put everything in the blender and blend!
