Ingredients

    1 lb salmon filets
    1/2 cup dijon mustard
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 tbsp rice vinegar

Tips

Great served over rice/quinoa


Directions

Bake at 400* for 15-25 minutes (depending on thickness of fish)
