My Egg Drop Soup

Introduction

This is my version of Egg Drop Soup... we love it! This is my version of Egg Drop Soup... we love it!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tbs pepper

Directions

Heat chicken broth and pepper. Add egg to bowl and beat. Once broth is heated, take spoon and stir broth until you get like a tornado and slowly add in beat egg. Once all the egg is in do not stir anymore, just let broth heat up and cook egg. Put lid on and turn off. Serve warm.
