16oz Honeysuckle White Turkey Sausage
2 cup Great Value Shredded Cheese Fiesta Blend, (1 bag)
1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 cups skim milk
1 cup Egg Beaters, (enough for about 4 large eggs)
Heat Oven to 400. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray
Brown and drain sausage ( I also rinse it in HOT water) and chop finely.
Mix sausage, onions, and cheese together and pour into dish.
Mix milk, egg beaters, bisquick, and pepper until smooth, then pour over sausage mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brown.
