Chocolate Banana Spring Roll

Introduction

Melty chocolate, warm banana, in a crispy shell, topped with cool whip - yummm! Melty chocolate, warm banana, in a crispy shell, topped with cool whip - yummm!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Spring Roll Wrappers (amend cal/fat if using egg roll or wonton wrappers)
    1 Banana, slice thin
    2 tbsps Mini Chocolate Chips
    Lite or FF Cool Whip, optional

Directions

Lay out 2 wrappers, wrap up 1/2 thinly sliced banana and one tbsp chips in each wrapper. Spray pan & rolls with cooking spray, cook over medium heat, turn once. You can cover for a few minutes to really warm the fruit up.

Top with Lite or FF Cool Whip if desired.
