Introduction

I cut the chicken breast into "cubes" more-or-less.
I Stir-Fry with Coconut Oil, add salt, pepper, and mustard seeds to taste! The Unrefined Coconut Oil does not need to "counted"!!!!! That is GREAT news!

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 6oz. Chicken Breasts
    Carrots (or Broccoli)
    Mushrooms
    Coconut Oil (unrefined is best for you!)
    Spices- salt, pepper, mustard seeds

    Kalona SuperNatural Cottage Cheese (4% Fat=BETTER for you!)

Directions

I cut the breast into cubes,
Stir in pan on med-high heat with Coconut oil.
Add Mushrooms and Carrots (or other veggies of your choice--broccoli=YUM) and spices (salt,pepper, mustard seeds) once the chicken is cooked.
Continue to cook until the veggies are done.

Stir in Kalona Cottage Cheese once the chicken entree is on your plate!

SO GOOD!

Serving Size: 2 servings (husband and wife!)
