1 cube reduced salt Maggi Bouillon Chicken Flavor
1 cup Skim Milk
1 heaping tablespoon Flour [i used white flour]
a little dash of salt [just a small pinch]
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
a sprinkle of white pepper
Make sure to keep stirring and never removing your hand from it. This sauce needs your constant attention so that it won't clump up together [this happens because there's flour in the mixture]
Once mixed, add the salt, pepper, and butter into the pan and put it on low heat.
Add the bouillon cube and mix the sauce.
Never leaving the mixture, keep mixing or else, if left, clumps of the mixture will develop.
Once all of the ingredients are mixed well, including the cube, turn the heat up.
Keep mixing on high heat until the sauce gets somewhat thicker.
Serving Size: makes enough for three plates [depending on how much or how little you like to add]
