Ingredients

    2 cups Quaker Oats - quick cook kind
    2 cups skim milk
    2 cups water (optional)
    2 TBSP Splenda Brown Sugar Blend,
    1 TBSP Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 small apples, finely chopped

Directions

Makes about 6, half cup servings.

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
