3 cups broccoli (used frozen)
227g shrimp (used a small shrimp ring about 50-60)
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Peppers
1 cup green pepper, cut in chunks
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Light Zesty Italian salad dressing
Serve over rice, noodles or pasta. Calorie count does not include any of these.
I usually eat 1.5 servings as a meal as I don't usually eat starches.
