Ingredients

    Extra-lean ground chicken (540g raw / 428g cooked)
    President's Choice Hot Taco Seasoning Mix (1/2 pack, 16g)
    Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
    Fresh lime juice (1/2 a lime)
    Low Sodium Soya Sauce 1 tbsp

Tips

Ideally use a non-stick pan. You can eat this in a salad, on lettuce leaves, in taco shells or fajita wraps topped with whatever you like - low fat regular yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream and is excellent with spicy food.


Directions

Put a bit of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add ground chicken meat. Break it up into small bits as it is cooking - add a bit of soya sauce for colour, half a pouch of President's choice hot taco seasoning mix and the juice of 1/2 lime. The whole things takes 10-15 minutes to cook.
