Bread Machine Whole Wheat Bread

Introduction

makes 1 1/2# loaf makes 1 1/2# loaf
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    12-16 oz warm water
    2 T Butter
    1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
    1/4 C honey
    1/4 C flax seed meal
    1/4 C soy flour, full fat
    1/4 C wheat bran
    2 T sunflower seeds
    2 T vital wheat gluten
    1 T psyllium husk
    1 C white whole wheat flour
    2 C unbleached all purposed flour
    4 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Put ingredients into bread pan in order listed.
2. Choose dough cycle
3. Remove dough - knead 10 times - shape into loaf - place in greased pan - grease top of loaf - cover with plastic - let rise in warm place 30-90 min. until rises 1 inch above pan.
4. Place in pre-heated 350F oven
5. Bake 30-35 min - cool on wire rack 10 min
6 Remove from pan and cool completely - store in air tight container.


Serving Size: Makes 1 - 4' x 12' loaf or 20 servings
