Spinach Dip Chicken

    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz(remove)
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 1 serving(remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup(remove)
    Happy Farms Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 2 serving(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup(remove)
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1. cup
    4 slices of Red onion


Tear off 4 pieces of Alumunin Foil big enough to make a tent for each chicken breast.Chopped the spinach and drain 1 can of water packed artichokes and work into the spinach. Add yogurt and cheeses. Drain water chestnuts and add. Divide this mixture and spread on the 4 chicken breast. Add one slice of red onion and seal in the tent. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
